We have seen a lot of rumors and leaks so far about the upcoming device of Xiaomi called as Xiaomi Mi Max now the CEO of Xiaomi Lei Jun had confirmed the device by posting few images.Today the Chinese company Xiaomi has officially presented its first Phablet Mi Max and also the all new MIUI 8 user skin based on Android Operating System.Currently, there are more than 200 Million users around the world who are using MI devices and Mi Max will be the first device of Xiaomi which runs on latest MIUI 8.
The new phablet of Xiaomi comes with all-metal body design with curved edges design on the back side of the handset.Specs wise the device features 6.44 inches 2.5D curved FHD Display with 1080 x1920 Pixels resolutions the device available in two variants one with powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 Hexa-Core processor while the others one is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 Octa-Core processor.
The handset comes with 3GB/4GB of RAM and equipped with 32GB, 64GB, 128GB storage variant which can be further expanded via MicroSD card up to 128GB.The Dual SIM Smartphone supports 4G LTE, VoLTE, and other basic connectivity options.In terms of camera, it features 16 Megapixels rear camera with PDAF and Aperture F/2.0 and also has 5 Megapixels front-facing camera with 85-degree wide-angle lens on the front for selfies and video calls.
The device also comes with Fingerprint scanner embedded into the physical home button of the handset and the device is backed by a 4,850 mAh non-removable battery which can long last more than a day of overall usage.The device measures 173.1 x 88.3 x 7.5 mm and weighs around 203 Grams.
The Xiaomi Mi Max comes in Gold, Light Gray, and Silver color options with a price tag of Yuan 1,499 (Around USD$ 230 / Rs. 15,335) for Snapdragon 650 variant with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal Memory while the Snapdragon 652 variant with 3GB RAM and 64GB Internal Memory is priced at Yuan 1,699 (Around USD$ 260 / Rs. 17,375) and the other variant with 4GB RAM and 128GB Internal storage is priced at 1,999 Yuan (Around USD$ 306 / Rs. 20,450) .The Sale of the handset will start from May 17th in China.
