The problem with this is it does not switch off all autoplay video’s … it is limited to whether you’re looking at it from the timeline. Eg. On my android, I get notifications about tweets by people I’m subscribed to. These notifications go directly to the tweet and if there’s a video, it autoplays anyway. This is annoying when you click something just to view the tweet, not the video.
