Virtual reality is a new concept which will enhance your viewing experience on your devices screen that’s why companies are focusing more on VR headset this year.As we already know that Sony is already working on PlayStation VR for its PlayStation Gaming console and last month Sony has announced its MWC 2016 event for February 22nd but didn’t provide any information about what it plans to launch now Sony mobile has updated its Privilege Plus application that adds VR theater which hints that company might launch its own VR headset next week at the MWC event.
The Sony Xperia VR (Virtual Reality ) headset could compete with Samsung’s Gear VR headset and company already have a patent for a Mobile VR headset.The Privilege Plus application now allow you experience the movie The WalK in VR.Now you can view it through a headset or have a 360-degree experience.
According to Sony the VR (Virtual Reality) viewing experience is not compatible with Xperia E3, Xperia M2, Xperia T2 Ultra, Xperia C3, Xperia E1, Xperia L, Xperia M, Xperia ZR, Xperia Z, Xperia E4G, Xperia M4 Aqua, Xperia C4, Xperia C5 Ultra, and Xperia M5.So it might support high-End Smartphones by Sony or other brands as well.
For further information, we will have to wait for the Sony’s announcement on February 22nd at MWC event 2016 in Barcelona Spain at 8:30 AM CET (1 PM IST).
