Hi I bought my techno pop1 smart phone from SA retail shop hoping to get a dual sim device. I only noticed that the second sim was disabled. What I want to know is that, is there anything I should do to an able this simcard slot??? I'd like to here from you
Okay I understand the phone has a capacity of up-to 8gb ram but my phone has been having an issue of insufficient space. There has been a pop up notification each and every time which requires me to update the software to the latest version and when I updated it the problem ended but it kept bringing that notification repeatedly and at one time the phone hanged and before that I lost all my whatsapp chats what could be the problem
I have just bought my Tecno Pop 1 phone and it show that the phone has 8.00GB total space. but we only a download of Facebook lite and What's app, its already full and warning that insufficient space, so i had to delete all my music, photos and videos but its still the same issue.
when i shared a xender app on the phone, its the real t storage of the phone which is 3.97GB meaning the 8.00GB as indicated is a lie and the actual storage is 3.97GB.
what would be the problem or whats the solution about it.
The reason you find out you see 3.7GB on the phone isn't the at the phone has 3.7GB only its only usable because of the device's blot wares ,bloatwares are manufacturers data or apps that makes up the phone ,without these blot wares your phone won't function has needed ,Techno Pop 1 is a nice device and cool in its stability compared to other devices to confirm affirmatively you can log on to the device settings and click on storage you see on the upper pane (SYSTEM) while beneath you see (USER) SYSTEM are the manufacturers files compiled on the device to make it work as you expect it , while USER is your own personal data allowed by the manufacturers its not like a computer where you have administrative privileges to do any thing to the computer even b mistakenly deleting the computer's operating system another way through which you can increase its storage to your need is by rooting it that turn it to a computer by gaining administrative privilege on it so you can delete built in apps to have more space (but get ready some cash to get a new one because its a red flag)it gives you the privilege of deleting unwanted apps amongst the bloatwares but proceed with caution ,it's very easy to mess things up around while rooting ,and you may end up soft bricking the device ,the only fix here is to get a reliable memory card for use ..thanks
