Just got it yesterday, liked it better because it had larger screen and more space than my original cell. Works better also. Loads and turns on quicker
And that means a lot to me. To have a cell that comes on quicker, ( live in not so good area)incase I need to call for help
I use to jest and say to others if we ever had to call 911 we would be dead before any help could arrive because the cells take far to long to turn on . but this gets 8 I'm coming on faster than any others, I've had before it. Safety is important to me. Also the price is fair. And i like the camera So on a scale from 1 being low and 10 high (best) i give it 8 1/2 have nice day everyone God bless Susan
Okay so I have one of these phones and it was just the worst. Now this is a very cheap phone that was actually free to me, but for the sake of the people searching for reviews (if anybody at all) I'm going to give a general world point of view treating it as not a last resort. I have never heard of Plum ever in my life and honestly, I can see why. Now I don't know if they specifically marketed it as a mostly government phone, but I can tell you, it's cheap. The phone feels like it's a piece of Styrofoam in your hand. The buttons are soft buttons but don't vibrate or anything to let you know that a button is pressed. You just kind of have to hope you pressed the right button. The screen is very tiny and is very inaccurate. The home screen just has ONE page to choose from. There is literally NO room what-so-ever for any apps on it, if you could actually be able to use an app in the first place. The so called "1.4 GHz quad core processor" is terribly slow for what it claims to be. The ram is also small but suits this phone….. kinda.. The screen resolution is decent for the retail price of the phone, but even better when it's free, but still, it's not great. It's old technology. Moral of the story is, it calls, it texts, so hey what the heck. But DONT spend money on it. You can buy a much better phone from Walmart for the same price assuming you paid money for it. It feels cheap, runs like crap and is very limited, and one more thing. Dont believe the whole "4G" bullcrap it tells you. It's HSPA+ which is a newer 3G technology. It's a marketing gimmick. Dont pay for this phone.
