Few days earlier we heard about the upcoming Microsoft Lumia 650 Windows Smartphone expected to be officially announced in early February and already listed lots of leak about this device now this device is available for Pre-Order before its official announcement a UK based online retailer MobileFun has listed the Smartphone on its website.The Lumia 650 is available for pre-order on the website with a price tag of £199 SIM-Free. Although company doesn’t mention a shipping date for the Lumia 650 device but we can expect it can happen around mid-February as per previous reports that Lumia 650 is a Mid-range handset which runs on Windows 10 operating system few days ago, a listing from the Czech online retailer where they listed the price around $200 so we can say that it will be a mid-budget Windows Smartphone.
