There are numbers of devices already announced in MWC and many more to come now Gionee has announced it latest Smartphone at its MWC 2016 event in Barcelona along with new logo and tagline.The device name is dubbed as Gionee S8 the unique feature of this device is its 3D touch screen and all-metal body design and runs on Ginoee’s in House developed Amigo 3.2 OS based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.The company has added some additional feature of the device such as world’s first invisible antenna design in the full loop around the edge company also has patents for this design.
Apart from that, it also has some several features such as Dual What’s App support for each SIM, floating window to watch video while using other tasks such as WhatsApp or browsing the web.The Gionee S8 packs a 5.5 inches Full HD (1080×1920 pixels) AMOLED display with 3D touch with 2.5D arc glass protected by corning gorilla glass 4.It also has a fingerprint scanner embedded with the home button with a response time of just 0.1 seconds and can identify you just in 0.38 seconds.The sound quality of the device is really good because of the integrated AKM3961 chip and the 70db dual mic.The 3D touch os device works on three level. A simple touch equal to select, a tap means preview and a real touch on the screen is recognized as an open command and company promises that more 3D touch features will also available in upcoming months.
