Cubot Cheetahphone

During the Mobile World Congress (MWC) event which held in Barcelona back in February, Cubot announced a new device which developed in the collaboration with Cheetah Mobile and dubbed as Cubot Cheetahphone.The pre-order of the device is already started with a price tag of USD $195 from online retailer GearBest.

Specs wise the handset comes with 5.5 inches Full HD (1080 x 1920 Pixels) Display with Anti –Finger and 2.5D curved glass screen.The display supports 1300:1 contrast ratio and 450 cd/m2 brightness.The device is made with all metal and powered by Octa-Core 1.5GHz processor based on MediaTek MT6753 chipset along with Mali-T720 GPU and 3GB of RAM.

There is also a Clean master pre-installed which can enhance the standby Time of device and save 38% energy in Android 5.1.1.The Dual SIM (Micro + Nano) Smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating and system and supports 32GB internal storage which can be further expandable via microSD card up to 64GB.In terms of camera it equipped with 13 Megapixels rear camera with a 3M2 light-sensitive chip , 5P lens, PDAF and 1A LED flashlight and also has 8 Megapixels front-facing camera for the selfie and video calling.

On the connectivity front, the device supports 4G LTE Cat4 Networks, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, micro USB with OTG and also features Fingerprint scanner on the back side of the device which provides 360-degree recognition angle and unlocks the device in just 0.3 seconds.The device measures 149 x 74.9 x 7.95 mm and powered by 3,050 mAh Lithium-Ion battery.

The Cubot Cheetahphone is available in Space Gray, Rose Gold, and Gold color options with a price tag of USD $195 from GearBest.
