If you are using Firefox and want to change its download location? Follow below steps.
Open your Firefox browser in your computer.
Now go to Settings > Options and click on General tab.
Under General tab you will see download section from here you can browse the folder where you want to locate your downloads data.

It is very simple to change download location in Opera browser.
Open Opera web browser in your computer next go to Settings area.Here you will see a Downloads section under this section click on the change button to change the desired location for your downloads data in your windows machine.
