BlackBerry has announced its latest Android Smartphone BlackBerry DTEK50 for the mid-segment the company claims that the handset is world’s most secure Smartphone as the device comes with a dedicated DTEK security software which provides users the control over apps on the device to access personal info or not.It also has Malware protection along with backup wipe and restores capabilities.It also has secure boot process.

The BlackBerry DTEK50 available in Black color options with a price tag of USD $299 (Around CA $429 CDN / 339 Euros / 275 GBP INR 20,140) and it is already available for pre-order through BlackBerry online store in the US, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and the Netherland. The customer who pre-ordered the device will get a free BlackBerry Mobile Power Pack worth USD $59.99 until August 8th , 2016.

In terms of specs the device shares similar specs as the Alcatel Idol 4 which was launched last year.
